Abstract

This study aimed to know the description of the level of depression in the elderly based on the with descriptive methods and approaches as well as the cross-sectional survey design to the elderly who were taken in total 35 sampling in village berangbang, jembrana on september 31 to nopember 31, 2013 obtained a sample of 35 respondents. The conclusion that can be drawn up from the results of this study are as follows:Based on age, known to 20 of 35 respondents (57.14%) were observed most respondents aged 70 years.By gender, 19 of the 35 known to respondents (54.29%). studied, most of the respondents are female.Based on the level of education, it is known that 15 of 35 respondents (42.85%). Under study, most respondents did not school. Based on the level of depression was obtained, 14 of 35 respondents (40%) were examined, most of moderate depression.

Abstract

This research aims at the influence of classical music therapy to changes in behavioral symptoms in patients skizofrenia aggressive. This is the type of pre-experimental by using the One-group pre-test-posttest design. Sampling tekhnique bys consecutive sampling.The sample is 15 peoples. Type of data is primary data through observation. The results aggressive behavior of schizofenia patients before therapy is given most of the music that is as many as 11 people (73.3%) in the moderate category. Aggressive behavior of schizofrenia patients after therapy is given most of the music that is as many as 12 people (80%) in the mild category statistical result obtained Wilcoxon Sign Rank test,p=0.000p 0.010, meaning there is a very significant influence classical music therapy to change symptoms of aggressive behavior in patients skizofrenia in space Kunti RSJ Bali Province in 2013.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine effect of walking aerobik exercise of capillary refill time of the lower extremities of diabetic type II patients. This study used quasy experiment design with non-equivalent group design performed on 30 samples. The samples was taken by purposive sampling. The data was collectted by physical examination capillary refill time (CRT) using stopwatch.The results showed an average CRT lower extremities before doing walking aerobik exercise in the treatment group is 2,87  seconds and 2,72 seconds for control groups. After given walking aerobik exercise obtained an average CRT lower extremities in the treatment group is 1,48 seconds and 2,77 seconds for control group. The results of data analysis with independent ttest there was a significant effect of walking aerobik exercise with CRT from the lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus type II, p = 0.001 (α = 0.05)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relation between long premature rupture of membranes with rate of neonatal asphyxia. The methode of this research was analytic correlation with cross  sectional design. The samples were consisted of 72 respondents selected with retrosfektif sampling technique. Analysis of the data by Spearmen Rank Correlation test . The results of this study indicate that there was a significant relationship between duration of premature rupture of membranes with newborn asphyxia rate with p value 0,002 and r = 0,665.

Abstract

This study to determine the level of patient compliance tuberculosis treatment program run anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) in Wangaya Hospital. This type of research is a descriptive study that aimed to describe or explain events - important events that happened today. Way of sampling used is Non-Probability Sampling (Consecutive Sampling) that takes a sample by assigning subjects who met the study criteria included in the study until a certain time, so that the respondent meets the criteria for a sample of 38. Most respondents have a high level of compliance is as much as 28 respondents (74%) of the 38 respondents. Dominant in the age range of 36-45 years were 12 respondents (31%), graduated from junior high school by 9 respondents (23%), and has a medication oversight (PMO) families were 26 respondents (68%). Researchers suggest for nurses in the room is expected to maintain a high level of patient compliance, and trying to further improve health education on the importance of uninterrupted treatment and the impact it had on drug with drawal PMO especially for patient families.

Abstract

This study aimed to identity treatment adherence in patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2in Interna Policlinic at Negara General Hospital. This was a quantitative descriftive study with crossectional subject-approach model. This study use the non probability sampling with 30 sample. Sampling technicque with consecutive sampling technique that use questionnaires treatment adherence. The results obtained is 14 respondents (46,7%) treatment adherence and 4 respondents (13,3%) not treatment adherence.
